Tifton Museum of Arts and Heritage Guild

The Tifton Museum of Arts and Heritage Guild was formed in the year 2003 to support and enhance the efforts of the Tifton Museum of Arts and Heritage. The Guild is a volunteer organization that serves as docents for the various exhibits sponsored by the Museum each year and organizes the receptions for the exhibit openings. The Guild is the primary fundraising “arm” of the Museum. The Guild works with, and reports to, the Museum Board of Directors.

The current Guild consists of 35 members. These members are friends of the Museum, from our community, that enjoy and appreciate the value and heritage of the Museum.  Membership in the Guild is free.  Meetings are held quarterly, or on an as needed basis according to the Museum exhibit schedule.

For information on becoming a member of the Guild, email Sandy Bowen, liaison to the Tifton Museum of Arts and Heritage Board.
